I need a refund. How do I get it?

Refunds are only issued in cases where FilmOn TV was not able to deliver services as promised by its own fault. In all other cases customers are responsible for their purchases and are not eligible for refunds. Please note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no refunds or credit will be issued for unused period or partial months. Customers are responsible for the cancellation of any unwanted payments. If you purchased your subscription via iTunes/App Store, you will need to contact them directly and ask for the refund.

iTunes: 

Please go to: www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and email them through the site. Someone will contact you within 48 hours. Please have the following information ready:

  • the correct Apple ID account that this affects
  • detailed information- app name
  • app price
  • web order number (this is very important)

If you purchased your subscription with your credit/debit card or via PayPal, please submit a ticket in our support portal with your name, email address and a reason for the refund request at http://support.111pix.com/
