Why do my DVR programs get cut off or wrong programs record?

Recordings may cut off short or wrong programs can be recorded for the number of reasons. Most often it happens when actual channel’s programming is shifted during the day (that is a normal practice – programs can be a few minutes off during the day because of ongoing changes/technical issues/emergency programming/etc.)

If you experience cut offs that are longer than a few minutes (or a different program was recorded), please send us a ticket on our support portal to http://support.111pix.com/ with the following information:

  1. What device are you using?
  2. Which channel and which program was recorded short and when?
  3. Has it ever happen before or this is a first time you experienced this?

Your answers will help us faster find a cause and a solution to the problem.
