To help us fix errors in specific browsers, we need your help in establishing what these errors are. The screen print below will show you how to get this information:

Open FireFox-> on the top left menu select Tools -> Web Developer -> Firebug -> Open Firebug

If you cannot see Firebug in your Web Developer list please click Get More Tools and add Firebug - then follow the instructions above.

Now open Console - at the bottom of your Firefox window and copy all lines from there, especially ANY errors (usually in red):
