The system doesn't recognise my subscription

1. Check carefully that you are logged in under the correct account. Be sure you are using the email address to which your subscription was allocated. 2. Check your subscriptions page: www.filmon.com/my/subscriptions - if your subscription is active you should see it in the list: 3. Don't forget to switch to HD quality (there are buttons marked SD and HD above the video window, on the right-hand side). Please note that the HD button is always marked "Pay", even if you are subscribed. | |
