How to reactivate a suspended recurring subscription in PayPal

  1. Log in to your PayPal account. 
  2. Click the Gear near the top right of the page. 
  3. Click Payments. 
  4. Click "Manage pre-approved payments".
  5. Click the name of the customer whose profile you want to reactivate. 
  6. Click Reactivate.
