Please make sure you are logged in to your account.

To record in real-time:

Click on "Start Recording" round button on the right bottom side of the player (next to a volume adjuster).

If recording started successfully the button will trun red from grey and there will also be a round red blinking button at the top of a player.
Press red button or "Ctrl+r" to exit from recording mode. Current channel will be restarted.

To schedule a future recording:

Click on a channel from the list of channels on the right side. Go to TV Guide tab right above the channels list. You will see a list of programs scheduled for this channel with a check box next to each program. Click in the box to schedule a recording.

To view previously recorded items - click on recording manager button above the channel list (camera symbol) and choose a recorded show.

When you record via HDi Player, recorded files are stored in a default folder on your computer (User/Videos), but if you wish to change the file Go to View->Preferences in top menu, choose tab "Record", then "Store Record files To" : [ directory] - Change this to store recordings in your desired file. Player will automatically store NEW recordings in this folder.

You can also use VLC VideoLan Player or MediaPlayerClassic to watch this recordings (just open containing folder, and double-lclick on a video file).
