OVGuide only indexes legally available content online, which means we don’t necessarily have links to content for every title that exists. Ideally, we would like for every movie/tv show to be legally available online and then embedded onto our site. Unfortunately, this is not the case with all titles. That being said, please make sure that you are checking for embedded videos as well as the icons to third party services which can be found in our ‘affiliate bar’ which is above the fold and typically has 4 icons available per row.

There is nowhere on OVGuide that you can provide credit card details or any aspect of our website that costs money. Since OVGuide is a free service that only links to external online video sites, we have very little control over what you do there and what you may have purchased.

Our best recommendation would be to figure out which site you made the purchase on and then try to contact them directly. We can try to help you the best we can, but there isn't much we can do without additional details. Sorry to not be more help.

OVGuide has millions of topic pages, and many individuals that exist in Wikipedia also have pages on OVGuide. If there is information that you would like updated, changed or removed please send an email to support@ovguideinc.com with the OVGuide URL for the page in question and exactly which pieces of information you would like updated.

OVGuide is legally allowed to have a page for any movie or tv show that we created. We may only have legally available content or links on the page though, which we actively maintain and monitor closely. If there is a specific video or link on one our pages that is infringing on your copyright, then you may send us a DMCA notice.
