<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: medium;">1.www.filmon.com/support/check - This tests your connection to FilmOn and gathers playback-relevant data about your client or browser. After this diagnostic check has finished, you will get a result link which looks like http://www.filmon.com/support/checkinfo/XXXX, where XXXX are the numbers. Please, send it back to us. If there is a problem with copypasting, the number at the end of the link will be enough.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: medium;">2.Connect laptop directly to the router *and* disconnect all other cables connected into any LAN ports (but leave WAN cable connected!).<span style="line-height: 20px;">Note, that internet connection will be lost on all devices connected to wifi.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: medium;">3.Perform the test again</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: medium;">4.Make sure there's no software that may block stream <br /></span></p>

<p>Things that will cause Freezing usually are:</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1) CPU. Decompressing and rendering the video takes a moderate amount of CPU  power and some video processing power. Running the&nbsp; FilmOn player takes up very little CPU(&lt;10%). When your machine  does not render such video properly, it may very well be on account of a  slow CPU or slow video card.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2) Wifi, which many of our viewers enjoy, can have transmission issues, just like a radio. And a bad connection will mean bad viewing. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to change this, but you can reposition the Wifi device or get a higher quality Wifi to get a better wireless connection.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3) Overbooking. We have run some tests and unsurprisingly, customers with higher speed connections are also happier with FilmOn&rsquo;s quality. As not all providers are equal, some network providers may be congested sometimes. If your problems persist, notify your provider.</p>
<p>You can verify your bandwidth by connecting to http://speedtest.net and measure the available bandwidth. Please try to check this at different times of the day sto show any fluctuations in Broadband speed. If you experience freezing at certain times of the day you should try and run the test at that time and check to see if you get the same problem with all channels. Please ensure you are using latest player version available at www.filmon.com</p>
<p>A low speed option is available for users with lower broadband speed - generally between 1.5Mb/s and 2Mb/s. Minimum reccomended 1.5 Mb/s.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<p>Symptoms: Player wont startup, just showing splash/FilmOn screen and nothing else.</p>
<p>Fix:</p>
<p>1. Close all Filmon HDi player processes running in the background. You  can do this using Task Manager (end process name Player.exe)  or SysTray  icon (right click on hdi icon in system tray, choose 'Exit') <br /> 2. Press Ctrl+Esc, type 'regedit', press enter<br /> 3. On left panel (where sections tree ) select following path:  HKEY_CURRENT_USER -&gt; Software -&gt; Filmon.com -&gt;FilmOn HDi Player  -&gt; startup<br /> 4. on right panel find variable 'auto_sign_in' and change it to  'false'.  Alternatively you can remove  entire section 'FilmOn HDi  Player' . This will reset all your settings. <br /> 5. Start player. It will be started in guest mode, and when subscription expired - you will be asked for a password.</p>
<p>Once logged in please click on TV icon at the top of channel list -&gt; Hdi on the next page -&gt; This will display channel list. You can now select any channel you wish to watch.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most ad networks that FilmOn works with have finalized and billable numbers starting on the 15<sup>th</sup> of the following month. Starting then, the FilmOn AdOps Team logs into every advertiser dashboard and pulls their final numbers. All numbers will be in a revenue report and uploaded for display on the reports tab of your Affiliate Dashboard no later than the end of the following month. We will strive to have them available sooner, but sometimes 3<sup>rd</sup> party advertisers lag and it only takes one to delay the entire report.</p>
<p>Once you have accumulated at least &pound;50 in generated revenue, you need to send an invoice with your AFFID to <a href="mailto:affilaites@filmon.com">affiliates@filmon.com</a>.</p>]]></content:encoded>
