Solution Reasons:

1. You aren't signed in. The system treats you as a guest with a small "watch free" period available. Please login
2. You don't have a valid subscription - HDi channels are only available to view for free for 5 minutes.
3. You are using old version of the HDi player, older than 2.10.
4. The channel you are trying to watch isn't included in the subscription you have.

Solutions:

1. Ensure you are using 2.10 or higher version of the HDi player.
2. If you have a valid subscription please authenticate yourself (by clicking login button - insert your username and password). Please tick "Save password for this login" in the authentication dialog and click OK.Once you've done this you can go to View->Preferences and tick "Log In Automatically" option and Save.
Additionally if you have changed password on your account, please de-activate remember the password option before inserting your new password and then re-activate. Failure to do so will force the system to revert to the initially saved password and therefore you will be unable to log in.
3. If you don't have a valid subscription - please get one.
4. If this didn't help and you have a valid subscription - please email support@filmon.com with your: order ID, login and password so we can check it.
5. If you are on Pure pack - you may need a Monster pack to watch some additional channels.

Hving problems to re-subscribe, how do i make re-payment, cant find anything anywhere. should I have to re-register or what? Thank you.
