Changes in using DVR facility

If you are using our free DVR facility, please note, it is limited now to 1 hour. If you wish to continue using this service please subscribe to a suitable DVR package. All existing recordings on the free DVR facility will be stored on our servers for 1 month, you can restore them and download using your PC/laptop. After 1 month they will be deleted.

How do I restore and download a programme I recorded yesterday, January 24th?

Hi Michael,

If you are using a laptop or a PC, your recordings are now marked for a deletion. You need to press the "restore" button. The program will be restored. Press the arrow down button on the right edge of the recording entry and you will see a drop-down menu. Right-click the "Download" button and click "Save link as..." (or similar, depending on your browser) to specify the download location and file name.
Alternatively: Left-click the "Download" button to open the programme in a new browser tab. Right-click on the video and choose “Save video as...” in the drop-down menu to specify the download location and file name.

Hi Carol,

If you subcribe you will receive additional hours. All packs are active for 1 month, then it need to be renewed.You can check all available packs here:

If I subscribe to 10 hours/month does this mean I can only record 10 hours in the month or only store 10 hours at any given time?

Hi Joanna,

If you subscribe to 10 hours/month it means that you can store/record maximum 10 hours. When you delete/download previously watched recordings, hours will return.

Hi Giory,

As it has been mentioned, you can download using a laptop or PC. There is no downloading function in the apps and via mobile devices.

Hi Stephanie,

You've purchased the HD package, not DVR package. However, 10 hours of DVR space are included in this pack as a bonus.
If you want to change your subscription, please, create a ticket in the support center.

Why, having purchased a package, does my available recording time still show as zero?
The package purchased is shown but I still have 100% used as the red bar.

Hi. I´ve been getting charged double for a number of months now. Can this be stopped , please. And now I have just seen that it has gone up from 2,95 to 9,95, so can it be sorted out before I am charged double again .

Hi Lisa,

As it's stated on the page of the checkout, all payments are recuring, so you need to cancel them. You are subscribed via Paypal, please, cancel your subscription using your Paypal account:
Log in to your PayPal account:
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Select My money.
In the 'My pre-approved payments' section, click Update.
Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

I want to have a subscrition for dvr for 3 or 10 hours. My VISA info is correct but it says that the info (card number, date,...) has to be changed. What could be te reason?

Hi Nick,

It is an issue with European addresses that do not conform to what Authorize system expects to see in address field (being a company originated in the US). I can suggest you to subscribe via Paypal but using your credit card.
If you don't have PayPal, you can:

1. Choose "Checkout via PayPal" on the subscription purchasing screen.
2. When on the PayPal page, pick the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option.
(This will allow you to make a purchase with your credit card as a guest, i.e. without signing up for a PayPal account.)

You've created 3 accounts.
Please, be sure you are using . Your subscription is active under this email. You have 0.4 hours left. Please, delete something in order to record new programs.

I've recorded a couple of programmes last night, over 12 hrs ago, but can't view them. Status shows "accepted".

Hi Karin,

I've checked your account, most of your records are in the status "recorded" now.
There are also several programs in the status "accepted", but these programs weren't broadcasted yet, so you need to wait.

If I subscribe to 10 hrs DVR is it monthly to stop or is it an yearly package?

Hi Thomas,

It's a monthly package. Please, note, that all payments are recurring, so you need cancel them before the next payment date. Your subscription will be active till the expiration date.

I am told that I have one hour recorded but when I look at my recordings there are none.. I want to record one hour tomorrow but can't.. I only ever record one hour each week and now I can't!

Hi Marie,

It would be great if you can open a ticket in our support center in order to track your issue. By the way, which browser are you using? Have you tried clearing the cache/ cookies history in your browser?

I send two emails last month to cancel my 3 hrs recording subscription
but still charged this month, can you please cancel it from now.
and confirm that this will be done.

Do you have Ticket ID in order to find your requests?
Could you please create a ticket in the Support Center, providing your Order/Transaction ID.
