I was charged a different amount than it was shown when I was purchasing a subscription

Our credit/debit card processing agents are based in the US and therefore charge USD equivalent of the 14.95 EURO subscription price - this may therefore be related to a fluctuation in the currency exchange.

In order to avoid such issues going forward, you can process a card payment using Paypal. Select to checkout with Paypal and, once re-directed to the Paypal website, click the "Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card" link below the Login boxes.
