Problems starting the player.

Symptoms: Player wont startup, just showing splash/FilmOn screen and nothing else.

Fix:

1. Close all Filmon HDi player processes running in the background. You can do this using Task Manager (end process name Player.exe) or SysTray icon (right click on hdi icon in system tray, choose 'Exit')
2. Press Ctrl+Esc, type 'regedit', press enter
3. On left panel (where sections tree ) select following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Filmon.com ->FilmOn HDi Player -> startup
4. on right panel find variable 'auto_sign_in' and change it to 'false'. Alternatively you can remove entire section 'FilmOn HDi Player' . This will reset all your settings.
5. Start player. It will be started in guest mode, and when subscription expired - you will be asked for a password.

Once logged in please click on TV icon at the top of channel list -> Hdi on the next page -> This will display channel list. You can now select any channel you wish to watch.
